International orders will be sent by airmail - we do not send international items by surface mail.

Total delivery charges will be calculated at the Checkout stage based on the total weight of the order, and your selected delivery method/location.

Returns:

All Refund/Exchange requests must be received by us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods.

Items must be returned to us in the condition in which they were received by you.

All return shipping charges are at your cost although they may be refunded at our discretion, particularly if we have made a mistake.

We are proud of our Customer Service - however please remember we are human too and do make mistakes!

If you do experience a problem with an item, we will work with you to resolve the issue providing you remain polite and courteous - we do not respond to threats or abuse!

Please note that we will always try to describe items accurately and point out any faults or failings with Sale or Reduced items as applicable.
